Orders ship within 1-3 business days of date of purchase unless otherwise noted on specific item.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Unfortunately Woodlander cannot accept returns for personalised orders.
